But when we visit our customers’ factories, we often see that the operator can only use one filling machine at a time. What if we designed a new type of two-nozzle filling machine to solve this problem?

We care about the smoothness of producing progress, so we designed a 2-nozzle gear pump filling machine. It has a working table and is capable of holding two products at the same time. After you fill products on the right-hand side of this filling machine, you can do capping and labeling on the working table in the middle, and then you can pack them on the left-hand side.

We believe this double-nozzle bottle filling machine can give customers space for doing other things, like capping and labeling. If you want a label applicator, you may buy it and put it on the working table to help you do labeling. The platform for putting the carton on the left-hand side may come off if you don’t need it. It’s possible to become a complete semi-automatic production line with this machine if you buy a capping machine and a labeling machine from us. The operation of the double-nozzle bottle filling machine is simple. All you need to do is set up parameters, turn to semi-auto mode or automatic mode, then step on the foot pedal or press the start button.
