Introduction

This Impact Classified Mill ICM Series is made up of a special grind disc and a classifier. According to the characteristics of the materials, offer the best solution to meet the need for fineness and efficiently grind.

The adjustment of the fineness is with a non-screen air-classifier, and a water cooling jacket on the grinding chamber or cool air feeding to keep the machine and materials from overheating and retain the product’s quality and the machine’s lifetime.

Particle size can be modified by the classifier speed and input air volume to control the required particle size.

This ICM (Screen-less)pulverizer functions on the concept of impact grinding force from its high-speed rotor to generate strong percussion with a fixed liner to produce ultra-fine particle size.

With a speed variable classifier, the particle size is freely controlled by the user, and the coarse powder is continuously ground until it meets the required parameters.

In addition to its working principle, the Impact Classified Mill ICM Series pulverizer is also available with a Cyclone Separator(Rotary Valve)and a Dust Collector.

Finally, to keep the material neat also ventilation and constant production, the mill chamber is surrounded by a cooling water jacket to maintain the inner temperature at a certain degree to keep the material’s original fragrance and color.
