Tamp Labeling Machine LS450 is an automated labeling machine that can automatically apply labels onto an unflat product’s surface. There are two most common ways to achieve tamp labeling:
- Suck the labels from back paper, then paste the labels onto products or packaging.
- Use a vacuum generator to hold the label while it’s dispensing, then apply the labels to the desired position of the products.
Different labeling methods will be applied based on the needs and product specs.

The label dispensing system of LS450 is through label threading to the suction pad. After peeling off the labels from the back paper, the suction pad will hold the label and tamp the label on the preset position of the product precisely. What’s more, while applying different sizes of labels, you can use different customized suction pads for accurate labeling. You may also integrate the labeler to a packaging line with other stations, such as automatic aligners, capping machines, and a printer etc.
