Capping Method
- Place bottles on the conveyor. (or feed bottles to the conveyor by a bottle scrambler, bottle feeder)
- Put sufficient caps into the hopper of the cap feeder.
- Transport the bottle to the star wheel through the conveyor.
- The star wheel rotates; it automatically delivers the bottle to the cap feeder and cap placer.
- In sequential order: Place caps, inspect caps, press caps, and detect if the caps are sealed properly.
- The capping process is completed, and bottles are delivered to the outfeed conveyor.
- If a lack of cap or an untightened product is detected, it will be rejected and not transported to the finished product conveyor.
